By taxi
You can take a taxi from Schiphol (Amsterdam) Airport to the Oracle main office in De Meern. It will take about 45-75 minutes depending on the time of day and the traffic. The fare will be approximately Eur.50,00.
You can also travel by train to Utrecht Central Station (see below) and then take a taxi. This will take about 10-15 minutes and the fare will be approximately Eur. 10,00.

By car
From Schiphol (Amsterdam) Airport:
Take the A4 to Amsterdam and then take the A9-exit to Amstelveen followed by the A2-exit to Utrecht. From there follow the description From Amsterdam.

From Amsterdam:
Follow the A2 to Utrecht and take the De Meern exit. Get into the right hand lane before you get to the traffic lights at the end of the exit. Take the first exit from the roundabout following the signs to De Meern/Harmelen. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights (after approximately 1 km) and then immediately left. This is Rijnzathe; you will see the Oracle building on your left after approximately 100 m. Please park in the car park on the right hand side of the road.

From The Hague:
Follow the signs to Utrecht and take the De Meern exit. Turn left at the traffic lights, going under the motorway. Turn right at the next traffic lights. Take the second turning from the first roundabout and then the first right. This is Rijnzathe; you will see the Oracle building on your right after approximately 300 m. Please park in the car park on the right hand side of the road.

From Den Bosch/Arnhem
At the junction of the A2 and A12 (Oudenrijn) follow the signs to The Hague. Take the De Meern exit. At the end of the exit turn right to De Meern. Continue straight ahead at the next traffic lights. Take the second turning from the first roundabout and then the first right. This is Rijnzathe; you will see the Oracle building on your right after approximately 200 m. Please park in the car park on the right hand side of the road.

By public transport
Oracle The Netherlands is easily accessible by public transport. First take the train to Utrecht Central Station and then you can choose busline 126, 127, or 145 to go to Oracle. These buses are all located at the back-end of the station where the regional buses (streekbussen) are. Click here for the complete bus schedule.
If you want to arrive at 8:45 at the Oracle building, you should take bus 145 at 8:25 from Central Station.

День Первый.
Тель-Авив, Прага, Амстердам, Утрехт.
Полёт из Тель-Авива до Праги описывать не имеет смысла. Самолёт был постарше предыдущего, без мониторов отображающих место, высоту и температуру забортного воздуха. Надо заметить, что без них мне спокойнее. В голову не лезут всякие мысли. Типа сейчас мы над морем, а что будет если ... Резину полёта, скрасило моё знакомство с одной русско-израильской, а теперь канадской парой. Как выяснилось, мы были знакомы заочно через Интернет, а сейчас нас судьба столкнула нас в салоне самолёте. Они летели домой в Оттаву через Прагу.
Прага встретила нас туманом и снегом. Перекантовавшись полтора часа в Праге, загрузился в самолёт под управлением КЛМ и через 1.10 минут уже переходил в накопитель Шипхола (аэропорт Амстердама). До Утрехта я решил добираться на общественном транспорте. Я заранее потренировался в покупке билета через автомат, но меня ждало разочарование автомат не хотел принимать наличные. Покупка билета у кассира удорожила его на пол евро. Поезд протащился по пром.зоне, проехал мимо стадиона на котором было написано Аях с многочисленными болельщиками засасывающимися в ворота стадиона и вырвался на простор полей,каналов и всех размеров ветрянных мельниц. В пейзажах Голландии есть что от игрушечного мира, такое всё аккуратное и чёткое. В отличии от Праги, встретившей снегом, зелённые и беснежные поля проплывающие за окном поезда не соответсвовали моему зимнему представлению о природе.
Ах гостиница моя, ты гостиница ... так себе. Единственное, что было оригинального это месторасположение завтрака. Сидишь ты себе на 21 этаже, попиваешь кофе с курасоном и смотришь как просыпается город. Красота.
